A PERV has been punched in the face by a hero passer-by who saw him flashing schoolgirls in the park. Karl Joseph Hoey , 24, of Southwood Road, Aigburth, Liverpool, exposed himself to a group of 15 and 16-year-olds in the city’s Sefton Park.
