THIS flat could be yours to rent for almost £1,000 a month - but it could give you sleepless nights.
The property in Enfield, North London, was listed online as being a furnished studio flat for £960 per month.
At first glance, it appears to have all the basics, including a living area, kitchen and bathroom.
But on closer inspection, it seems next to impossible to fit a bed - ALL doors open into the bedroom.
An ad on Gumtree read: “Self-Contained Ground floor Studio Flat Available in Enfield N18.
“The flat comes furnished and has a private bathroom and kitchen."
It added the "small ground floor studio" is for "single occupants" only who must be eligible for the one bed rate.
But it failed to point out how crammed potential renters would be.

The front door and bathroom door both open onto the tiny bedroom, meaning any bed would get a good bashing any time someone enters.
A wardrobe at the bottom of the room also adds to the squeeze.
The ad, posted by Smartlet Estates, read: "The Studio is situated in a quiet property within a quiet in neighbourhood.
“The property is close to the local shops and public transport.
“Please get in touch with us for more information, or if you are interested in a viewing.”
The listing has since been taken off Gumtree, with Smartlet Estates insisting they rejected the property upon inspection.
A spokesperson for the letting agency said: "This property was rejected upon inspection after being sent to us by the landlord requesting us to find a tenant.
"There seems to have been a miscommunication between us and our 3rd party advertising agency which has marketed the property even though it was rejected.
"This property is not with us and we will not be associated with it as it does not meet our minimum requirements of being a comfortable living space."
