A GIANT sand sculpture has been erected to depict tonnes of food wasted by Brits over the summer months.
Great British Bake Off star Manon Lagrève and cheese brand Boursin built the food artwork in Bournemouth beach. The impressive artwork took eleven hours to build and measures five metres wide.
