A MAN suffered serious injuries after a six-car crash closed the M11 motorway near Stansted Airport. A GIANT sand sculpture has been erected to depict tonnes of food wasted by Brits over the summer months. Great British Bake Off star Manon Lagrève and cheese brand Boursin built the food artwork in Bournemouth beach. The impressive artwork took eleven hours to build and measures five metres wide. Cream cheese company Boursin designed the sculpture to highlight the amount of food Brits waste. The initiative was created in partnership with Great British Bake-Off star, Manon Lagrève and charity FoodCycle.
