A PENSIONER died when a nurse gave her Flash cleaning fluid to drink in ­hospital believing it was orange juice. The health worker added water to a ­plastic jug she thought held undiluted squash, it is understood. A source said the nurse then gave some to the patient, 85, who drank it because she had dementia. She could not cough it up and the liquid triggered a heart attack, it is believed.

FORMER West Brom striker Hal Robson-Kanu has opened up about why he decided to start his own drinks business.
