A MURDER probe has been launched after a man was found stabbed to death in Hertfordshire. The victim was treated by paramedics at the scene in Hemel Hempstead but tragically died in the early hours of this morning. Two people have now been arrested in relation to the man's death. A MAN and a woman have been charged with "concealing the birth of a child" after a newborn girl was found dead at a flat. Cops were called to an address in Harold Hill, Havering, Essex, on Tuesday following concerns for the baby's welfare. After arriving at the property, they made the tragic discovery. Ahmed Mahad, 35, and Dawn-Marie Huxtable, 36, were arrested on suspicion of murder at the time.
